How to check the number of entities on WooCommerce


Entity Limit is maximum number of each data types can be migrated. This limit is technically restricted by the tool.

e.g: You have 300 products, 700 customers and 1,800 orders, you should select 2,000 entities limit package.

It is simple as ABC to check the number of entities on WooCommerce. First, access your WordPress Admin Menu and follow the instructions below: 


Step 1: Check the number of products on WooCommerce

To see how many products are available in your current store, please click “Products” then choose “Products Tab”.

Number of Products: Products -> Products Tab

Products screen displays a lot of product attributes such as Name, Type, SKU, price, ...

You will see the total quantity of your products on the top of the table.


Step 2: Check the number of Customers on WooCommerce

According to the same principle, you can check the number of other items such as customers, orders very quickly.

Number of Customers: Users -> All Users. 


Step 3: Check the number of Orders on WooCommerce

Similar to check the number of orders, go to WooCommerce, select Orders to check how many orders are existing in your store. 

Number of Orders: WooCommerce -> Orders


Note: During migrations to and from WooCommerce all the “Draft” products will be transferred as “Disabled” ones. Also, our service doesn’t move customers of a type “Administrators”.
